Getting started with LYLA
- Download the app or log in to the web portal here: lylapp.me.
- Click “Sign up” to set up your account.
- Enter your regular company credentials.
Once you’re signed in, personalize your profile with your interests! Any details you share stay just between us, and they help us give you the best LYLA service for your needs. Complete your profile anytime by clicking on the profile button in the bottom right corner.

With LYLA, you can:
- Type a task into the search bar or choose from suggestions based on your profile and what we’re doing for your colleagues
- Get ahead of holidays and special events
- Select from a list of personal interests to make the LYLA experience your own
- Set reminders for family birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates
- Make a real-time, customized request with the push of a button (and we’ll jump right on it!)
Common questions
When does my time start?
We get it: some people like to look around and get a feel for things first. Search through the different ways LYLA can make your life easier for as long as you’d like! Your subscription doesn’t start until you make your first request.
Do I have to download another app on my phone to use LYLA?
No! You can access LYLA through our web portal at lylapp.me or if you prefer more traditional communications, you can email team@helpmelyla.com or call us at 715.891.2724
Are there any hidden costs?
Your subscription covers all our research and vendor connections. With your authorization, we can also make purchases on your behalf and arrange delivery. You’ll only ever pay for any specific services you request (like if you wanted an at-home car detail, you’ll pay the retail price of the car detailing with no additional fees included).
What happens if you’re not done with a project when my subscription expires?
We’ll complete as many requested tasks as possible during the subscription period. If any tasks are still in progress, you’ll get all the research we’ve finished up to that point so you can easily finish the task on your own.
