- Click “Register with my location” on the home screen. (You’ll need to enable location services on your device.)
- Enter your name, phone number, email address and create a password.
- Select BUMC from the dropdown menu; then choose the unit where you’re receiving care.
- Send your request: find what you need from the search bar or choose from our most popular categories.

How to access free hospital WIFI
- Choose the “BSWHGuest” network on your phone, tablet or laptop.
- When you attempt to get online for the first time, you’ll be automatically directed to an info screen and will be required to check the box to accept the terms of use.
- If this doesn’t work, please call (214) 820.0111 for assistance.

Does LYLA share my personal information? (No!)
Everything you share on your profile is just between us. We don’t sell or share your personal information.
Is your service free? (Yes!)
LYLA’s research and coordinating services are free of charge for BUMC’s patients and their loved ones. In-app purchases and some other services will have a fee, but we’ll notify you before you’re charged for anything.
What if the service I need isn’t listed in the search bar or my recommendations?
