All our services can be accessed anytime through the Love Your Life App. Plus, many services are handled either virtually or right on-site. No more spending your weekends driving all over town to run your errands!

Getting Started With LYLA

  1. Download the app or log in to the webportal here: lylapp.me.
  2. Sign up as a new user by clicking “Sign up” at the top of the screen.

Once you’re signed in, feel free to fill out your profile and tell us more about your personal interests so we can customize your experience. Complete your profile any time by clicking on the profile button in the bottom right corner.

New Features

  • Enhanced search functions to help you find what you’re looking for.
  • Plan ahead for future holidays (not just one at a time).
  • Select from a list of personal interests to customize your app experience.
  • Make a customized request with the push of a button (no need to call or email; just tell us what you need, when you need it, and your budget) so we can jump right on it.

Current Users

  • Your login and password will remain the same.
  • Past and current tasks are still stored in your profile for easy access.
  • If we were already working on a project for you, you don’t have to start over! It will be completed in the same timeline we promised when you made the request.
  • Profile information you’ve shared (family birthdays, pets, vehicles, credit card info) are all still there – with even more security to protect your privacy.

Q. Why the name change?
A. Over the past year, the world has changed, our customers’ needs have changed, and we’ve evolved a lot as a company. But we still want to celebrate where we started: LYLA simply stands for Love Your Life App.

Q: Do I have to download something new?
A: No! If you have automatic updates enabled on your phone, the new version of the app will magically appear when it’s ready.

Q. I’m used to just sending emails or messaging on Slack. Do I have to go through the app now?
A. You can still reach out to our team in the ways that are most convenient for you. We’ll make sure you know about any change in email address or Slack handles before we make the switch.

Q. Are there any changes to the services you offer?
No, we’re still your virtual personal assistants! We’re here to take care of your to do list so you can spend more time doing the things you love. If it’s legal, we can help you do it.

Q: What if I have suggestions or an idea for a new enhancement?
A: We want to hear them! Send us a message and we’ll have someone on our development team reach out to schedule a short interview.
